Paid Guitarist Wanted – Progressive Christian Contemporary Band (Windsor, WI) Windsor United Church of Christ is looking for a guitarist to join our Christian Contemporary Band for worship every other Sunday at 10 AM with practice at 8:45 AM. We’d also look at having an hour-long rehearsal on a weeknight. Payment would be $200 per Sunday, so $400 a month.
We’re a progressive United Church of Christ congregation just north of Madison that plays/sings a blended mix of music. Our mission is to reach out and be welcoming and loving to all people, care for the creation, lift up the oppressed and outsiders, work for social justice, support science, and be the hands of Christ working toward a just world.
I’m an experienced pianist and keyboardist with 15+ years at this church, and I love jazz, top 40’s, blues, country, gospel and everything in between to keep worship creative and inspired every Sunday.
