Spring Green Community Church in Spring Green, WI is seeking a passionate and spiritually mature Part-Time Worship Leader to lead our congregation in meaningful worship and help develop a growing worship ministry.
This role is ideal for someone who loves Jesus, enjoys leading people in worship, and desires to build a team of musicians and vocalists.
Responsibilities
Lead worship during Sunday services
Plan weekly worship sets
Coordinate and communicate with worship team members
Lead a weekly rehearsal
Work with the pastor to align worship with sermon themes
Recruit and develop additional musicians and vocalists
Help cultivate a culture of authentic worship
Qualifications
A growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Experience leading worship vocally and/or instrumentally
(guitar or keys preferred)
Ability to lead a team and engage a congregation in worship
Strong communication and organizational skills
Alignment with the mission and values of the church
Time Commitment
Approximately 8–10 hours per week, including Sunday services, rehearsal, and preparation.
