We are looking to hire a pianist and a saxophonist for our wedding on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Badger Farms in Deerfield, WI. This is a paid gig, including travel expenses, with negotiable rates. The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM CST and is expected to conclude by 5:30 PM. We would love for you to perform at the following points:
- Guest Seating: As guests are seated, beginning around 4:50 PM.
- Processional: During the wedding party’s and bride’s entrance. Our current song of choice for the bride’s entrance is “You Are the Reason” by Calum Scott.
- Recessional: As the ceremony concludes.
- Transition to Cocktail Hour: Immediately following the ceremony, as guests transition to the cocktail hour at approximately 5:30 PM.
Sheet music will be provided, though we are still finalizing the selections. Music for guest seating and transition time is the choice/responsibility of the musicians. A Yamaha motif keyboard with sustain pedal will be available at the venue. We welcome any ideas you have for styles or additional pieces to make this an enjoyable experience for you as well!
